Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales establishing and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts quotations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and analysis to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the insert industry sector.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid drivers license.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through research cold calling networking and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for continuous business growth.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service address client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
  1. Sales Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to finetune sales approaches.
  1. Quota Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Regularly update sales forecasts and reports to track progress.
  1. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth transition to the fulfillment and delivery phase.
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market developments and suggest adjustments to the sales strategy.
