We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Jordan office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, with a focus on data center infrastructure, network, storage, and computing solutions. This position requires a good background in IT or business with fair knowledge of data center infrastructure and related technologies. The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center infrastructure, network, storage, and computing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and coordinate efforts to meet client requirements.

• Ensure inclusive &timely achievement of sales forecasts through allocated resources (people &budget) while promoting the company’s image and products.

• Monitor sufficient execution of settled action plans to ensure the achievement of business plan objectives.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints.

• Meeting with customers to follow up for new projects before and after awarding.

• Participate in new tenders & RFPs and manage negotiations with customers.

• Work with the Presales team to prepare and review the requested RFQ.

• Supporting Procurement team for connecting with vendors and suppliers

• Supporting internal teams for required contract submissions, invoices, and customer`s delayed collections.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

• Working with the different teams to achieve the sales target.

• Achieve sales goals and report the results as necessary.

• Coordinating with the sales manager on lead generation.

• focusing on increasing the company's customer base and enriching relations with current customers.

• Fully understand the company's product portfolio and present our solutions to the customers.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field.

. 3–4 years of experience in sales, with a good focus on data center infrastructure, network, storage, and computing solutions.

. Good knowledge of data center technologies, networking, storage, and computing systems.

. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar environment.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and articulate complex solutions to clients.
