As the global market for ADUs experiences significant growth and is projected to reach USD $10.6 billion by 2030 this company is at the forefront of creating innovative solutions for modern living.

As a Sales Development Representative (Remote) you will be responsible for contacting inbound B2C leads customer negotiating and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in the sales team by working closely with the Sales Director and other team members to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.

  • Location and time zone: Remote US (West Coast and Midwest preferred)

  • Product or service: Prefab Backyard Office Studio & ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Tiny home
  • Company size: 10
  • Target market: B2C Homeowners in the SF Bay Area
  • Average deal size: $50000$300000
  • Average sales cycle: 14 weeks

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • 2 years of remote B2C sales experience
  • Excellent communication and clean "radio" voice
  • Excellent time management skills and urgent mentality
  • Successful track record and achievements in sales
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot Dialpad and other sales and AI software
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2y of ADU Residential Construction or Real Estate sales experience
  • Understanding of the ADU construction process and material types

  • Ontarget earnings (OTE) $year (negotiable depending on the location and skills)
  • Base compensation $50000$70000 (negotiable depending on the location and skills)
  • Uncapped commission paid monthly
  • 100 inbound leads per month. You ll hit your quota :)
