What to Anticipate
  • Offer 24/7 support handling inbound calls for emergency roadside assistance and other service requests including vehicle breakdowns flat tires lockouts fuel shortages and accidents.
  • Make outbound calls to our network of service providers to arrange prompt and efficient towing and assistance for our customers.
  • Conduct followup calls for status updates clarification and coordination of secondary services as needed.
  • Utilize tools like Google Maps to accurately identify the customer s location and ensure timely assistance.
  • Inform customers about their policy coverage and secure a service provider within the policy s parameters.
  • Work closely with clients their customers and account representatives to deliver unparalleled service and support.





Requirements


  • Strong probing and investigating skills.

  • Attention to detail for accurate case management.

  • Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.

  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently

  • Act as a brand ambassador embodying the Home Improvement brand.

  • Ensure the security of customers information and wellbeing.

  • Pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Commit to 1525 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).

  • Ensure a quiet distractionfree work environment.

  • Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).

  • Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).

  • Have a hardwired broadband internet service (DSL Cable or Fiber Optic connection).
    Purchase a call center noisecanceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace is essential. Ambient noise should be minimal to ensure focus and professionalism. Internet Requirements: A stable, high-speed internet connection (75+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload) is crucial.
