Job Description

- To assign subcontracted vehicles and drivers to ensure all planned movements are executed to the agreed Levant road network sectors.
- To allocate available subcontractor’s vehicles and drivers for all additional line-haul and ad-hoc special truck requests when required.
- To produce a daily truck watch report that is used to proper monitor all units on the road to/from Levant.
- To continuously communicate with Levant borders to ensure smooth and immediate clearance of all units to support OTA/OTD.
- To generate truck request forms and send it to all subcontractors for invoicing purposes.
- To produce a weekly truck plan for Levant countries where he demonstrates the number of units to be dispatched and time availability
- To ensure timely data input and file management of the fleet plus database as instructed by the road network manager to ensure accurate monthly reports are available at the required time.
- To monitor driver/ subcontractors performance in accordance with the ME scheduled trucking report.
