As a Project Manager you will work with experienced enterprise project managers who are the best in the business and be provided with opportunities to hone your technical enterprise project management skills and experience as well as opportunities to progress to a lead project manager role in the future.

• Strong Project Management experience or Project Office experience demonstrating the ability to coordinate project activities crossfunctionally and endtoend software project management or project coordinator experience for at least 3 years.
  
• Business Analyst experience would be an advantage but direct experience not required strong analytical and data reporting skills to facilitate project reporting and analysis required.
  
• Clear and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
  
• Timely efficient and highly organized person who is project and process orientated with the ability to work to deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of ERP CRM Payroll and/or Health Systems an advantage
  
• Software systems implementation experience required.
  

• Work with the Enterprise Project Manager to produce and manage the delivery of project plans including budget control identification and analysis of the critical path project resource management and delivery quality.
  
• Prepare effective project kickoff meeting packs and manage the project establishment activities to ensure projects are set up for success and are organized.
  
• Prepare fortnightly project reporting and steering committee/project review meetings by analysis of the project and drafting reports for review with the project governance team the day prior to the steering committee.
  
• Assist the Enterprise Project Manager to identify and track project risks issues and change requests. Conduct project risk assessments and ensure risk and issues registered are maintained throughout the life of the project.
  
• Act as a controller of project documentation and project assets ensure proper filing and version control to avoid issues in the project delivery caused by difficulty finding files and folders.
  
• Assist with quality control processes on the projects including documentation QA Traceability of requirements and testing through the scope
  
• Ensure scheduling of work in line with the project schedule and that scheduled work with consultants has clear requirements prerequisite prior to the work schedules.
  
• Track project time logs and be the controller of time logged on the project including assisting some team members with time logging to prevent leakage of time and revenue on projects.
  
• Budget vs Actual Reporting and other Project Reporting as required including weekly email progress update drafting for the Enterprise Project Manager
  
• Software/Implementation projects; launching and golive projects.
  
• Experienced in Project Management workflow.
