Scope of the Role

As an Ecommerce Growth Marketer your pivotal role encompasses driving the growth of our product pushing the brand to the next level and solving marketing challenges through innovative strategies. Your journey begins with a deep dive into our existing marketing processes and customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive ecommerce sales.
• Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing Google Ads and more.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Learn and utilize new marketing platforms and tools as needed.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content using Canva.
• Provide comprehensive marketing support and ideas to the team answering questions and making necessary adjustments.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as needed to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Stay informed and updated on industry trends product features and new marketing strategies to better assist the company.

Requirements

• C1 English level both written and spoken (Must Have)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in growth marketing or related role (Must Have)
• Experience working in an ecommerce environment (Must Have)
• Proficiency in email marketing and Google Ads (Must Have)
• Familiarity with Canva (Nice to Have will help for email marketing)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on data trends
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to learn new marketing avenues quickly
• Organized and detailoriented
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and market environments
• Enthusiasm passion humor and the ability to convey this through marketing content
• Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work independently
