The Performance Marketing team are responsible for driving outcomes for our clients. We understand our client objectives and implement engaging digital marketing campaigns to achieve the desired response. We proactively monitor all client subscriptions and proactively ensure they re on track to achieve their goals.
About this role
You ll play a key role in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns through a variety of channels these include email marketing push notifications onplatform messaging paid social media and agency partnerships.
Outcomes:
Drive engagement to platform content.
- Use a range of marketing channels to build engagement and drive traffic to the platform.
- Build and send engagement emails to our audience of 1m students and graduates.
- Work with our partners to deliver email campaigns to their respective audiences to increase engagement.
- Use our messaging software (inplatform & website push notification) to deliver engaging messages to increase awareness of our range of early careers content and events.
Proactively improve underperforming clients.
- Consistently monitor overall performance of our clients.
- Implement relevant marketing activities to improve underperforming clients.
Successfully deliver client sponsored social media campaigns.
- Ensure all client sponsored social media campaigns are delivered accurately.
- Track performance and report back to the Customer Success Manager.
Requirements
Person Specification
- Ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
- Good attention to detail.
- Results oriented.
- An interest in digital marketing and technology.
Work Experience Knowledge & Skills
- At least 6 months to a year of experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or any similar role
- Broad awareness of digital platforms and marketing channels Facebook Instagram Push notifications email marketing platforms.
- Any email marketing or HTML experience would be desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop (or other image editing software).

Setup and Location: Officebased (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM16:00 PM (UK Time) 2:00 PM11:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

In order to be successful for this role, you will have: Cert qualification in accounting or bookkeeping . Bookkeeping practice (min 3 years). High level of Software knowledge with Xero . Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage. Exceptional organisational skills-you are focused, reliable, methodical, and meticulous.
