- Conduct primary and secondary research to advise new program development
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the Foundation's programs
- Translate ideas and concepts into coherent and well framed concept notes and program directions
- Support the Foundation’s work with partners, ministries, and international organizations including identifying and building relationships with prospective partners globally
