OTS EXPRESS is an established courier service provider licensed to operate by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in Jordan (TRC). Since 2009, we have been providing turnkey delivery, storage, and fulfillment services to key couriers, governmental entities, and global e-commerce players. Our services cover the entire territory of Jordan, including rural, remote, and border areas, and we currently handle about 15% of all international e-commerce parcels inbound to Jordan.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman, Jordan for a Customer Care Representative and Call Center Services. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. They will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, orders, and shipments, and provide solutions to any issues that arise. They will also operate our call center, which includes properly handling high inbound and outbound call volume with professionalism and efficiency.
