Marketing Manager based in Johor

• Responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  
• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and publicfacing communications including print digital and video assets.
  
• Manage and expand existing marketing channels such as website lindkein etc.
  
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points establish budget guidelines participate in events document business processes and provide sales support.
  
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
  
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  
• Assist and identify opportunities on the expansion of distribution network in the regional countries including 2nd tier cities.
  
• Liase between DHA & HQ on matter in realation to marketing (including projects)
  
• Occasional visits to clients (partners architects designers etc.) in the region to increase presence in relation to marketing strategies.
  

Requirements

• Educational requirements : Bachelor of Marketing
  

• Working experience : Minimum 1 3 years preferable from manufacturing industry
  

• Able to speak and write English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  

• Office based in Senai Johor
  

• Direct report to local Sales Director
