Job Description:
Handle all project handovers to clients for residential interior design and renovation projects.
Elevate the client experience by ensuring that handovers are professionally conducted.
Prepare handover kits containing tips for caring for the house clients keys electrical manuals and remotes.
Check everything before handover to ensure readiness.
Set appointments with clients and project teams for handovers.
Walk through the whole house with the client during handover ticking off all work from the quotations.
Record all defects identified during the handover and promptly arrange for touchups or repairs.
Liaise closely with clients on the progress of defect rectification.
Ensure that any shortcoming is addressed promptly and with care to assure clients that their needs are being met.
Job Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or project management preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English and Mandarin language.
Detailoriented with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
Knowledge of residential construction and interior design principles is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Poses own transport
