Aim of the job:
Overseeing all aspects of non-CPO activities
Main responsibilities and activities:
- To lead the OCP team to develop and manage the operation to improve mill utilization at the Group POMs
- To manage the sales of Group FFB when no group mills are available to third-party mills
- To develop OCP strategies that are cost-effective.
- To formulate and negotiate FFB pricing contracts with vendors/suppliers profitable to Group POMs and estates.
- To identify and develop reliable and sustainable FFB vendors/suppliers for long-term business.
- To monitor and ensure payments/receipts of FFB activities are correct and are done within the stipulated credit period.
- To identify areas of risk and their mitigation plan.
- To maintain good relationships with FFB vendors/suppliers.
Requirements
Basic education and training:
- Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 15 years of experience
Specific knowledge linked to the job:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels and meticulous in performing jobwith high integrity.
- Proven leadership and change management skills.
- Ability to work under stressful and time-demanding schedules when required.
- Strong network of OCP communities (plantation companies, dealers etc) and their demographic

- Able to manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good public relations skills
