Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that increase customer profitability and attract new business.
- Lead brandbuilding efforts advertising schedules promotional campaigns and significant marketing events.
- Monitor review and report on campaign performance; make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales Operations and Senior Management to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Manage all aspects of packaging design and artwork approvals.
- Oversee pricing strategies across business units to maintain market competitiveness and margin integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior marketing role ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Experience in brand management pricing and crosschannel campaigns.
- Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
