The firm is currently in an expansion phase and is gearing up to launch a lendingfocused fintech platform targeting midmarket and SME clients.
Originate and structure investment banking transactions on the buy side in the real estate sector
Identify and acquire new clients (Real Estate Developers) for funding and advisory mandates
Manage existing key accounts to generate new business and referrals
Stay updated on market trends in real estate funding and wholesale lending
Participate in mandate discussions negotiate term sheets and structure deals endtoend
Collaborate with sellside counterparts for successful transaction closure
Prepare and review investor collaterals such as pitch books investment memos and financial models
Conduct detailed analysis of proposals across funding land deals strategy and asset management opportunities
3 10 years of relevant experience in real estate financing with Banks NBFCs AIFs HFCs RE Funds or IPCs
Alternatively experience in SME/MidMarket lending/advisory with a proven track record
MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institutions preferred
Strong network in the developer and fund ecosystem
Exposure to the complete deal cycle (from origination to closure)
Excellent relationshipbuilding and networking skills
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
High ownership and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Multitasking and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
Knowledge of local market and fluency in regional languages is a plus
