Job Description
- 2 to 5 years in Insurance Sales
- Experience in Agency Channel is preferred
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered
- Ernakulam
- Kottayam
- Calicut (Kozhikode)
- Thrissur
Salary Range
- 3.00 LPA 5.00 LPA
- Monthly incentives in addition to fixed salary
- Hike based on current CTC and company standard
- Recruit health insurance agents from the open market
- Train and develop agents to sell health insurance policies
- Achieve monthly sales and agent activation targets
- Conduct field visits and support agent performance
- Maintain regular reporting and coordination with manager
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in Insurance Sales
- Experience in Agency Channel is preferred
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Field sales experience preferred
- Ability to build and lead a network of agents
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated
