Manager Mechanical Maintenance - Ductile Iron Pipe Plant

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1015 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance within the Ductile Iron Industry.
• Indepth knowledge of Ductile Iron production processes and associated machinery.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a maintenance team.

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical components including pumps conveyors crushers and other machinery.

• Investigate and diagnose mechanical failures and abnormalities promptly.
• Develop effective solutions to address mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve complex problems and enhance equipment reliability.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs replacements and inspections.
• Generate comprehensive reports on equipment performance maintenance activities and recommendations for improvement.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement safety measures to create a secure working environment for the maintenance team.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production engineering and quality assurance to achieve common goals.
• Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance staff.
