Engineer Sr Engineer - Process Food FMCG

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Chemical / Food

Experience : 7 to 10 Yrs

1.Conceptual and detailed process designing of one or more of the following.

Raw Material (Solid/Liquids) Handling (Conveying storage batching ingredient management system etc.)

Chocolate manufacturing and processing systems.

Continues / Batch process systems involving grinding sieving batching mixing systems for sugar / spices / pulse / cereals / ready to cook instant pre mixes etc.)

2. Preparation and checking of P&IDs and PFDs Conversant with intelligent P&ID software such as Eplan Pre planning.

3. Experience in working in a similar position in process department of a process systems manufacturing.

4. Preparation of specification sheets for quotation / Bid submission RFQ documents and process & plant operation manuals.

5. Preparation of operation philosophy functional descriptions etc. to guide automation team to develop PLC programming.

6. Process engineering calculations such as heat and mass balance cycle time analysis of batch processes utility load calculation fluid dynamic / fluid flow calculations thermal engineering calculations.

7. Experience in FOOD / FMCG plants (Operation & Design)

Process Engineering
