The IT Team Leaders envision and set goals for a companys information technology department. This pivotal role involves managing our Hosting Cloud Services like OCI AWS GCP hardware resources and infrastructure and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT management a strong understanding of cloud services and a commitment to security and operational excellence.

Experience: 5 Years
Qualification:Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field. Any masters degree or Professional certification is a plus.

Location: Mohali (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT operations to support business goals focusing on scalability security and efficiency.

Cloud Services Management: Oversee the management of cloud services (OCI GCP AWS) ensuring optimal performance costefficiency and compliance with data protection regulations.

Hardware and Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the procurement maintenance and lifecycle of hardware resources including laptops AIO system etc.

Internal IT support services: Manage the internal IT service desk operations and performance. Motivating team prepare incident reports carry out audits & infrastructure health checkup and follow daily weekly & monthly activities.

Team Leadership: Hire mentor and lead a team of IT professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key IT contact for internal stakeholders providing regular updates on IT initiatives challenges and achievements. Collaborate closely with other business units.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve IT operations processes and practices to increase efficiency and meet evolving business needs.

Service Development & Management: Oversee the design development and delivery of services.

Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and manage the divisions budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources while driving ROI.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the areas of technology and security devising and implementing mitigation strategies.

Asset Management: Management of Networks Network Security Wireless Information Security requirements application delivery and G Suite.

Security Management: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident reviews. Ownership of vulnerability management and patching policies. Proactively identifies weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the network infrastructure using security logs network analysis and observations.

Performance Management: Develop and maintain teams KPIs. Help teams prioritize efforts and ensure they align with the overall direction of the company.

Monitoring Operations and Infrastructure: Implement monitor evaluate and operate a wide range of IT infrastructure security management processes policies and procedures. Draft and review comprehensive technical specifications manuals and other user documentation.

Technical Background:

Strong knowledge of Hosting Cloud Service Providers Like AWS GCP OCI Azure etc.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing highperforming teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to strategize plan and execute IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.
