• From Planning/Purchase team will advise FF to collect the cargo

• If it is for air cargo get quotes for approval and then advise FF details to shipper to hand over the cargo

• Once get pre alert from forwarders will share to CHA for clearance

• check list approval

• arranging SIMS certificate and passing consultant bill

• if any customs query co ordinating with Purchase team to get this resolved

• maintaining data of imports cargo in Excel for BCH separately and consolidated list separately

• sharing necessary documents to Stores team for GRN preparation

• checking bills of FF and CHA and send to approval authority. For the pre approved air cargo sharing portal ID to accounts team

• FedEx bills checking

• update the import consolidated list once the cargo is arrived at factory

• DEEC and HSS shipments keeping informed to CHA and maintaining the record

• for shortage/damaged goods taking necessary steps with concerned and get claim

Exports related

• Sharing Air freight and sea freight quote when it is required by team

• For Ferguson shipment from booking of SO in portal to uploading final shipment documents

• co ordinating with forwarder and CHA if there is any issues

• FTA/COO/GSP co ordinating with service provider to get it smoothly and forward their bills to accounts after checking

• Return cargo handling

Domestic cargo related

• Transporters bill checking if there is any issue in bills collect credit note from transporters

• quoting special truck rate as per requirement for approval process

• any issues damaged goods delivered missing delay in cargo delivery change of destination will co ordinate with transporter and clear the same

• Courier shipments follow up wherever it is required
