Main responsibilities of the Job:
1. To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key Architects Applicators and contractors of the region.
2. To generate leads and bring in sales in the designated area.
3. Identify new Flat roofing projects in the designated area and get waterproofing products specified in them.
4. Set up and maintain a professional applicator network in the region who are trained in application of our products on the roofs.
5. Identify Flat roofing products which are suitable for the Indian market.
6. Promote client products with support from the Marketing team.
Qualification: Civil Engineering with Post Graduation (preferable) Age 30 34 years
Experience: 0812 years of experience in Construction Chemicals & Waterproofing Industry with a solid technical experience and good network of Applicators.
Skills: Managerial leadership analytical and problem solving decision making and good negotiation skills Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English Hindi and local language)
