Job Description
Pipeline Development and Sales Achievement: Build a large sales pipeline within the assigned region and achieve or exceed the assigned gross margin target. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound calls inmails and emails.
Own sales lifecycle: Own deal origination full lifecycle management and progression overseeing postclose fulfillment upsell/crosssell renewal and account management. Utilize an accountbased consultative approach and longterm relationship management.
Account Management: Build account plans based on customer business objectives and future plans aiding clients in planning their information security strategies. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Forecast Management: Manage current and multiquarter forecasts with a high degree of accuracy currency and integrity. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop and present complex written proposals including selfinitiated and responses to customer requests (RFP RFQ RFI) including cost justification business case content and technical specifications in coordination with delivery and amp; proposals team.
SeniorLevel Client Presentations: Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels of clients.
Market and Product Expertise: Maintain a high degree of knowledge about competitive and product developments including evolving cybersecurity trends across the full range of products and services.
