Looking for a Transformation PM experience together with BA skillsets.

As Transformation Manager key responsibilities (on a high level) are as follows for both GDPR/SWIFT

• Project Governance which includes running SteerCo and Working group meetings.

• Stakeholder collaboration (Sponsor Business IT Services).

• Engage different sites/regions to ensure efficient communication between Global Business Central IT Local IT and local business.

• Clarity reporting Delivery tracking.

• RAID management Identify track and mitigate key risks issues and dependencies.

• Change Framework compliance.

• Change requests submission and approvals.

• Monitor and Track financials closely.

• Requirements gathering Gap analysis scope finalization.

As part of the Point of Sale Financing intiative the high level line of responsibilities would be on the below

• Requirements walkthrough and finalization As per current scenario this task would require domain/technical knowledge to collaborate with Business to finalise the functional requirement and architectural changes.

• Overall project management (inc Governance)

• UAT support (test cases creation and walkthrough) This task requires BA support with domain/technical knowledge to understand and create/walkthrough UAT test cases.
