The Junior Data Analyst role will be part of the Central Data team at Powerdot and will play a key role in the current phase of accelerated growth of the company. Moreover the Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for developing insights analysis and eyecandy visualisations that support business decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clean data from a variety of sources including internal databases external APIs and surveys.
• Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify trends patterns and insights.
• Develop data visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop datadriven solutions.
• Maintain and support a culture of strong data quality
• Stay uptodate on the latest data analytics trends.
• Mentor coworkers on analytics best practices.

The Candidate we are looking for!

• Up to 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Familiarity with SQL Python and a data visualisation tool such as Tableau Metabase or Power BI
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast moving environment
• Great communication skills
• Easiness navigating in ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
