Position Overview

The successful candidate will engage in comprehensive legal research draft essential legal documents and collaborate closely with senior associates to develop and implement effective legal strategies. and nbsp;

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct legal research for purposes of championing the knowledgeshare department of the firm. and nbsp;
2. Devise innovative and creative ways in which the firm can undertake its knowledgeshare objectives.
3. Draft contracts commercial and land agreements.
4. Proffer legal opinions on clients briefs.
5. Conduct due diligence exercises as per clients instructions.
6. Convene and attend client meetings (onsite and online).
7. Undertake pre and postincorporation changes at the CAC for corporate clients.
8. Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance and other matters on behalf of clients.
9. Court appearances and representations where applicable.
10. Collaborate with senior associates to develop and implement legal strategies.

Qualifications

• LL.B and BL.
• Admission to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of two years of postcall experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
