Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Jewelry Sales or similar role with 4 to 6 years of experience

• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Indepth product knowledge of various types of Jewelry and gemstones

• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

• Good networking and relationshipbuilding skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget

• Provide accurate and detailed information about different types of jewelry including gemstones metals and craftsmanship

• Upsell and crosssell jewelry items to maximize sales revenue

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized service and followup communication

• Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner

• Stay uptodate with industry trends and new jewelry collections

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events

• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

• Contribute to the overall store presentation and organization
