Job Description

  • HRIS - Techno-Functional Consultant Implement SAP Success factor HR & Payroll, HR Self Service, Recruitment, Succession, Performance Appraisal,
  • Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects, including but not limited, Understand, Communicating, interpreting, and documenting business processes and requirements.
  • Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation, Configure SAP Success factor to meet client requirements,
  • Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation & Operation
  • Support Monthly & End Year closing,
  • Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge among all team members, Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate.
  • Develop custom reports as per business requirements,
  • Maintain and develop integration between SAP success factor & other financial systems

Job Requirements

  • Years of Experience; 4 – 10 Years, in ERP Implementation field,
  • SAP Success factor technical & functional Knowledge is preferred,
  • Technical experience of Report customization is mandating,
  • Technical experience of Integration Development is mandated,
  • Communication Skills with business users
  • English Skills
