Role End to End Recruitment(Handling Employee life cycle)

Job Location Santacruz Mumbai(Work from office Mon to Friday)


Overview:

The role of HR Talent Acquisition is crucial in identifying and acquiring top talent for the organization. As an integral part of the human resources function this position is responsible for the endtoend recruitment process ensuring the selection of qualified individuals who align with the companys values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough job analysis to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through networking job portals and other channels.
  • Screen applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to manage recruitment processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external recruiting partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit accurately.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing offers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Highly ethical and confidential in handling sensitive information.
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing preferred.
