Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment and Business Development
- Understanding the Technicalities of the Requirement & Analyzing the Clients Requirements & Needs.
- Full lifecycle recruiting process included sourcing recruiting evaluations of candidates negotiating terms and rates preparation submission documents coordinating the interview process and closing candidates
- Foster longterm relationships with candidates
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Follow up with candidates
Job Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Build strong relationships
- Selfconfidence and selfstarter
This requires work from office in Vadodara
