Overview:

The HR Recruiter for Bulk Hirings/BPO plays a pivotal role in sourcing attracting assessing and hiring qualified candidates for highvolume positions within the BPO sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organizations staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively contributing to the overall success of the BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for bulk hiring.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels job fairs and networking.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for bulk hiring positions.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule assessment centers and mass interviews.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for highvolume roles.
  • Ensure compliance with BPO industry regulations and HR best practices.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter in a highvolume recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry recruitment trends and challenges.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic BPO environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in conducting largescale assessment centers and mass interviews.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
