RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preferable Knowledge of Statutory compliances

Handed ISO Audit & Social Audit (i.e. SMETA SEDEX SA 8000)

Knowledge of G.P.C.B

Must have knowledge of Liaison with various Government authorities

Must have knowledge of P.M.S. & M.I.S.

Knowledge of Court Matters

Knowledge of Goal Setting (KRA & KPI)

Knowledge of Labor Laws

Knowledge of Skill Matrix HIRA preparation

Knowledge of Learning & Development

Knowledge of the Payroll Management System

Knowledge of Employee Engagement activities.

Knowledge of Contract Labor Management.

Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATION KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB

Education : MBA/ IRPM / MSW/ MHRD/ MLW

Experience : 8 to 10 years in preferably in Manufacturing unit
