As we continue to grow we are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team remotely.
Position Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist at Immense Tek you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daytoday HR operations of the company. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for executing HR tasks efficiently and accurately ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding and employee transitions.
  2. HR Systems Management: Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to maintain employee records generate reports and streamline HR processes.
  3. Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs including enrollment changes and inquiries.
  4. Payroll Support: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
  5. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR operations and policies.
  6. Employee Relations: Provide support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries policies and procedures.
  7. Data Analysis: Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
  8. HR Documentation: Maintain and update HR documents including employee handbooks policies and procedures.
  9. HR Projects: Assist in various HR projects such as process improvements diversity initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with company goals and objectives.
