Job Description
We are looking for a Candidate
Who can handle end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment (Non IT).
Sourcing screening and shortlisting the candidates from different job portals/ social media networking like Naukri Linked In Monster etc Schedule and Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.
Updating the daily status in ATS
Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates
Conducting campus Drives/Attending Job Fairs
Must be a good team player
Must have good communications and analytical skills
Key skills:
Hands on experience on bulk hiring NonIT recruitment
Must have experience in campus hiring
MS Office(Word Excel PPT)
Hands on experience using any ATS is an added advantage
Communication skills
Relationship building skills
Multitasking skills
Educational qualification:
MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations/B.Tech (EEE/ECE) Experience:
24 years
