Our Client is a FinTech startup based in the UK with offices in India and Singapore. Our client is striving to revolutionise digital payments through innovative solutions. Our client is one of the few companies globally that offer a payment platform preintegrated with the payment ecosystem as a service to businesses on a brandable basis through API stacks and/or hosted customizable portals.. Kolkata office provides IT build and customer support to while marketing support is provided from the Delhi office. As our client continues to grow and expand their offerings they are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Operations Associate to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the operations activities of our sales and onboarding team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong customer relations skills technology orientation and good communication abilities.

Qualification Bachelor s degree in business administration, operations or related field. Proven track record of success in operations, preferably in Fintech for 2 to 3 years Good analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
