Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees
Oversee employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Setup Processes Workflows Coordinate and conduct performance management activities including goal setting (KPI & KRAs) performance reviews and career development plans
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and documentation
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
Manage Leave and Personal Records
Requirement
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 57 years of experience in human resources management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication in English
