Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow expenses and financial performance identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Manage financial processes including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Identify and onboard vendors and suppliers negotiating contracts and terms to optimize value and quality.
  • Implement project management best practices and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in executive leadership roles within the hospitality or villa management industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices finance principles procurement processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinking and a talent for creative problemsolving.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Other key requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English a must.
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with the board of directors and other stakeholders.
  • Availability for occasional travel and engagement with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a steadfast commitment to delivering positive results as part of the companys leadership
