Human Resources Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• This position will be reporting directly to the Operational Manager
• He/she will be responsible of overseeing the full talent lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management and development programs.
• Oversee the Corporate Affair including Employee relation and General Affair.
• To localize support and standardize the Corporate HR Policies procedures and processes for the Indonesia region.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Management Psychologies Chinese Literature or other related
• Minimum of 3 years working experiences needed for HR IR or GA fields.
• Have working proficiency of Mandarin Speaking (Minimum HSK4/5 out of HSK8)
• Good understanding of HRrelated matters and regulations that subjugates within the employee resolvement in Indonesia
