Join our team in Leipzig Erfurt or Ilmenau in fulltime or parttime as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d).

What is the role about

  • Employee support: Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries delivering assistance and promptly resolving HRrelated issues to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Leadership guidance: collaborate closely with supervisors offering daytoday support in areas such as feedback staff development coaching compensation and organizational development.
  • HR operations and compliance: implement individual HR measures administer employee compensation and payroll and ensure legal compliance and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Employee engagement and HR process optimization: contribute to building an attractive employer brand execute employee engagement initiatives coordinate employee appraisals manage performance reviews support recruitment onboarding/offboarding training initiatives and contribute to HR policy creation and enforcement.

You fit in with us if

  • You have a successfully completed academic degree with a focus on HR or have successfully completed vocational training in this field we also appreciate career changers with relevant professional experience in the field of HR.
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in general human resources management.
  • You are fluent in both German and English with exceptional communication skills.
  • You have very good knowledge of the current MS Office tools and HR management systems.
  • You are passionate about working with people from different cultural backgrounds in a technologically challenging market environment and have an affinity for networking.
