Customer Support Manager fmx English Speaking Team

We are a Hamburgbased mobile marketing agency and have developed an innovative business model that focuses on rewarding users for testing and engaging with our clients apps.

We are now looking for a new talent to join our Germanspeaking Customer Support team you! Join our growing team and help shape the future of performance marketing.

Tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our users when they create a ticket in our Zendesk ticket system
• No phone calls no live chat communication with our users takes place exclusively via email
• You are attentive and ensure that users comply with internal guidelines
• In addition to answering tickets you are in contact with other internal teams to clarify technical questions or pass on important feedback from customers
• You maintain an overview of processes and structures in Support and are happy to make suggestions on how we can improve
• You can support us between 3040 hours per week

Requirements

• Ideally you already have experience in customer service or have proven your good intuition for people and situations in your previous activities
• You are communicative
• You are enthusiastic about mobile games and online topics
• You like to contribute to the success of your team
• You have experience in working with helpdesks such as Zendesk (not a must but a plus)
• You are an English native speaker
