Were looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies.
In your daytoday work you will focus on expanding our client base collaborating with our Product Marketing and Customer Success teams on bettering their service offering as well as optimising our sales processes.
Join our portfolio company: A German customer service platform focused on connecting companies with support experts located around the globe. The startup collaborates with more than 30000 service professionals enabling them to offer remote support to companies through its innovative digital platform.
In this role youll:
- Identify and winover new midsized and large companies and thus significantly shape the success and growth of our portfolio company
- Identify and leverage the potential of the strong already existing network and develop it proactively by forming strategically valuable customer relationships
- Expand our portfolio companys client base both virtually and onsite through individual presentations thereby laying a foundation for a binding and cooperative partnership
- Continuously be in exchange with our Product Marketing and Customer Success teams in order to ensure clients feedback is considered and implemented during decisionmaking processes across the organisation
- Support the further development of the department by expanding and operationally implementing sales strategies and processes e.g. by creating sales forecasts CRM developments and lead sourcing strategies
- Work closely alongside the VP Sales and Head of Demand Generation
Your Profile
- 1.5 years of relevant experience in B2B Business/ Sales Development ideally in the software industry
- Solid experience in coldcalling
- Familiarity and ease in working with different stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Structured and resultoriented approach that is strengthened by making decisions based on an entrepreneurial understanding
- Strong business understanding and an excellent communication style
- Fluent in German and English
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin or Munichoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
