Do you like to come up with creative but also systematic online strategies for customer acquisition and already have experience in Paid Social and Google Ads Lets Talk!

Which responsibilities await you

• You will be responsible for planning implementing and optimizing Google Ads Paid Social (incl. Meta TikTok Pinterest) Microsoft Advertising and Outbrain campaigns for several clients
• You are constantly developing your campaigns starting with targeting ad copy tests and the briefing of creatives to landing page tests bid management and budget distribution
• You are responsible for the regular evaluation of the performance of your campaigns based on specific KPIs and continuously develop them based on your learnings
• You create presentations of strategies results and reports
• You ensure that the growth targets of the various customers are achieved within the framework of the KPI targets set for your campaigns
• You will work closely with the other specialists in the performance marketing team the brand team and the account managers of the various customers
• Your innovative outputoriented work is reflected both in your and in the performance of your customers

What do you need to bring to the table...

• You have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing in the field of Paid Social SEA Shopping Ads/Performance Max. Additional experience with YouTube Amazon advertising or native advertising is a clear plus!
• You are a creative mind and can communicate your ideas clearly and in detail
• You have experience with online marketing tools and technologies (Google Ads Meta Advertising Bid Management Tools Feed Management Tools Google Analytics Outbrain ...)
• You are familiar with Excel and you can shine with your experience with feed management tools
• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with different areas of online marketing and developing your expertise with us
• You have a strong analytical understanding and a high affinity for numbers
• You speak fluent English. German is a plus!
