KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a Head of Sales OTC.

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Functions

Establish and allocate sales targets implement and execute sales targets:

  • Set sales targets by predicting and developing annual sales targets for the OTC team to align with the Director.
  • Be responsible for implementing and completing the sales targets received from the Company.
  • Plan and implement execution for each Regional Manager.
  • Allocate targets for each region province medical representative (MR) and Sales Manager.
  • Monitor the implementation of sales targets and urge employees (MR managers and MRs) to achieve targets.
  • Implement sales to chain systems and wholesale customers to meet the sales schedule on customer contracts.

Manage the medical representative team:

  • Guide managers and medical representatives under management to introduce product information to customers in the assigned area.
  • Assign manage and guide the medical representative team to achieve Company goals within the scope of assigned work.
  • Evaluate employee performance.
  • Require managers and medical representatives under management to plan monthly work and be responsible for monitoring compliance with employee work plans (call plan).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers wholesale customers and agents in the assigned area.
  • Develop new business opportunities with current local customers and new business opportunities in the market to ensure sales targets and bases.
  • Establish sales programs introduce products to target customers; achieve companyassigned KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Product Manager to organize new product introductions workshops conferences to reinforce existing product awareness and revenue in the market.
  • Coordinate with the human resources department for recruitment training. Responsible for coordinating with the Human Resources department to find MR candidates in the assigned area for interviewing and selecting personnel.
  • Implement monthly marketing programs for employees and monitor employee implementation to ensure completion of goals assigned by the marketing department for the month.
  • Plan monthly/quarterly work procedures for review and approval by management on the 25th of the previous month. Report work results/daily work schedules on PDA. Report monthly work results to management on the 5th of the following month.
  • Visit customers with MRs according to plan.
  • Achieve assigned goals by ensuring proper implementation of plans and activities within the approved budget.
  • Workshops or events organized by the Company or participated in by the Company to support customers in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing programs product promotion organized by the Company.
  • Always update and apply product knowledge as required by the Company regulations of current pharmaceutical law activities of competing competitors to understand and maintain competitive positions.
  • Always update activities of competing competitors.
  • Actively detect and report current business information and related such as: smart competitors potential business opportunities.
  • Report on pharmaceutical vigilance and complaints about product quality as directed by the company.
  • Collect feedback and market information related to company products.


Requirements

  • At least 3 5 years of experience in equivalent positions managing pharmacy channels.
  • Understanding most areas nationwide strong in at least 2 key regions in the North (Hanoi and neighboring provinces) the South (Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces) East / Southwest.
  • Experience with domestic pharmaceutical products.
  • Ability to develop strategic planning organize manage build develop and complete the sales route and medical representatives.
  • Good relationships with pharmacies.
