We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the store. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management from inventory control to employee training and from customer service to sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations including managing images products employees and customer service following the stores commercial strategy.
  • Supervise staff store operations and the environment to meet sales service customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory levels ensuring timely stock replenishment and returns.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to store management.
  • Encourage and motivate staff to help the store meet its monthly sales targets.
  • Implement sales events and promotions according to the sales plan.
  • Guide and train new employees according to company policies including training in sales skills and customer communication.
  • Maintain staff performance by leading coaching training motivating counseling and disciplining employees and monitoring their job results for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and HR on staff attendance planning recruitment training evaluation and other personnel actions.
  • Organize and manage the duty roster effectively ensure regular attendance and punctuality especially during peak seasons and holidays and handle staff discipline.
  • Submit monthly store expenses sales performance and other reports to the Finance Department for payment processing.
  • Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail customer service industries such as fashion retail supermarkets hospitality or food and beverage.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English or Chinese.
  • Strong selfmanagement openmindedness hardworking attitude and good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure selfmotivation and willingness to work in shifts.

Working hour:

  • Morning shift: 9AM 5.30PM
  • Noon shift: 1.30PM 10PM
  • Day off: 1 day/week

Salary package:
  • Salary: Basic salarygross Monthly Commissions (Khng nego lng base nhng incentive kh tt)
