Marketing Assistant Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. The ideal candidate will develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and engagement in the Vietnamese market.

Functions

1. Craft and execute creative and cuttingedge marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to enhancebrand recognition and consumer engagement.
2. Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing strategies align with the overarching business goals.
3. Lead digital marketing campaigns optimizing performance across social media search engines and email marketingchannels.
4. Establish and maintain partnerships with KOCs KOLs and influencers for promotional activities including livestreaming and offline events.
5. Organize and participate in offline events product launches and promotional campaigns to stimulate customer interestand boost sales.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends and dynamics to ensure competitive strength in the marketplace.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related fields.
2. At least 1 years of relevant experience in brand marketing with a significant emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
3. A proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns both online and offline.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
5. Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking
6. Strong communication skills for effective partnerships and team collaboration.
7. Analytical mindset with a resultsoriented approach.
8. Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Korean language skills are advantageous.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
