Our Client, a fast-growing and innovative service provider with international exposure, is seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients daily via chat and email.

Tasks

  • Respond to customers via live chat and emails
  • Document and delegate bugs and other issues
  • Troubleshoot new issues directly with their customers
  • Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve customer experience
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • Bilingual - Native in French and fluent in English is a must have
  • Eligible to work in Europe - a must have
  • Previous online customer support experience - a must have
  • Able to work on shifts rotation (9h00 17h30, 12h30 21h00, 14h45 23h00)
  • Showing empathy and understanding
  • Patience and attentiveness
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
