As an Accounting Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancingthe financial operations of our clients organisation. In this role you will oversee the financial aspects of theiriGaming software development operations ensuring compliance with industryspecific regulationsand accounting standards. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management astrong grasp of iGaming industry nuances and the ability to lead a highperforming finance team.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Work on production of year end and half year results. Including working with auditors and tax advisors.
• Monitor the daytoday financial operations within the company such as payroll invoicing and other transactions.
• Oversee financial department employees including financial assistants and accountants.
• Contract outside services for tax preparation auditing banking investments and other financial needs as necessary.
• Track the companys financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
• Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in longterm and shortterm decision making.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Key team member in the production of group budgets and reforecasts; assist and lead business cases as necessary.
• Liaison with IT HR Legal and other relevant internal departments.
• VAT returns for Malta
• Monthly and quarterly statutory returns for the group.
• Work on adhoc projects to support the commercial and strategic direction of the business.
• Liaise closely with the BI and database departments to work on meaningful KPI reporting.
• Continual improvement and streamlining of department processes.
• Support and assist Finance Director and/or CFO.
• Adhoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of iGaming industryspecific financial regulations and requirements.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
