• Develop and implement creative initiatives to increase learner interaction retention and satisfaction.
  

• Utilise your IT knowledge to optimise the user experience across various digital platforms.
  

• Generate innovative ideas to incorporate new technologies including AI into our learning ecosystem.
  

• Take initiative in exploring emerging trends and tools to continuously improve engagement metrics.
  

• Design and create engaging avatars and interactive elements to personalise the learning experience.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT.
  

• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  

• Strong interest in and knowledge of new technologies including AI and machine learning.
  

• Ability to work independently and take initiative to implement new ideas.
  

• Proficiency in creating avatars and interactive content is highly desirable.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
