We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our fastgrowing team. Youll join a supportive effective and missionoriented team in a flexible friendly work environment. The focus of the role is on ensuring our customers successfully adopt their LCA software via Live Training have a great experience whilst doing so and are provided excellent ongoing support via ticket responses.

One Click LCA is the worldleading construction and manufacturing Life Cycle Assessment platform operated as SaaS. It integrates with all the leading design software packages and all environmental databases in the industry and provides over 60 modules for lowcarbon design and carbon transparency.

Our technology powers the makers of a zerocarbon future

Our innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction and manufacturing industries responsible for nearly half of the global carbon emissions.

This role is available as a fulltime permanent position and can be performed remotely from the PhST time zone (Philippines). The role requires fluency in English.

What youll do:

  • Deliver customer trainings and onboarding to make them successful in their LCA projects
  • Own the Customer Success role by establishing a trusting relationship with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Helping our customers with their queries and their resolution related to the software building and product LCA & EPDs
  • Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out to be able to help others
  • Writing and contributing to guidance articles that are published on our customer help centre page
  • Identifying customer experience improvements and raising them to Product Management.

What you need:

  • Ability and motivation to become an expert in the construction sector LCA software
  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
  • High customer and service orientation with attention to details
  • Ability to quickly analyze client situations and find the most suitable solution for them.
  • Excellent communication skills both externally and within the team
  • A degree or experience from LCA building sustainability or a related area is an advantage
  • Experience in technical support product training and process documentation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English as it is our working language
