UXUI Designer Front End Developer

• Stay uptodate on emerging technologies
  

• Bring a portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for usercentered design exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
  
• Craft clear and compelling text that enhances user experience.
  
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
  
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  
• Create personas through user research and data
  
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability findability)
  
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
  
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience as a UX Designer/Developer is required; frontend development experience is a plus
  
• Hands on experience with markup languages
  
• Experience with JavaScript CSS and React is required
  
• Experience in Figma or Adobe XD is highly desirable
  
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  
• Indepth understanding of the entire web development process (design development and deployment)
  
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
  
• Experience in working with Australian clients in this field is a plus
  
• Strong portfolio of design projects
  
• Background in project management and research
  
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin Balsamiq) is desirable
  
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
  
• Problemsolving aptitude
  
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• BSc in Design Computer Science Engineering or a related field
  
• Knowledgeable in Figma
