Job Description

  • Sourcing High net worth customer relationship for liabilities CASA ,EXIM and TFX for the bank.
  • To handle a Portfolio of Current account customers with grouped Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposit Accounts.
  • Ensuring time bound resolution of Customer Requests/Queries as per satisfaction of customer and within the regulations of the bank.
  • Delivery of Value growth in portfolio over the base value from the time of portfolio Handover.
  • Ensuring proper on-boarding of converted New-to-Bank(NTB) customers. This includes installing the application on customer s device and explaining in detail each feature of the application.
  • Maintaining Portfolio Hygiene by ensuring proper KYC updation, Beneficial Ownership details, and compliance regulations.
  • Ensuring that the customer faces no bottlenecks while purchasing the above mentioned products.
  • Contacting customers (Non Portfolio) based on data provided in CRM application and understanding customer needs/requirements.
  • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
  • Meet the business targets
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
  • Acquire new business in to new and old customers
  • Source accounts of small businesses and as well as households
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch
  • services and assist to resolve customer queries
  • Generating prospects Lead for bank in LAP, CC ,OD, PL, HL, GL,LI.
  • Daily send customer contactability for reporting authority.
  • Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly/monthly calls.
  • Resolution of queries for all managed client within TAT specified.
  • All types of POS merchant service provided like MSWIPE, MTNL,GPRS .And good rate rental.
  • Accessing feedback and suggestion from the customer for improvement.
  • Come up with new ideas and innovative things to increase the business.
  • Always keep positive attitude towards the target before time.
  • Providing merchant services to customers.




Requirements

Educational Qualifications and experience:
  • Graduation
  • Post-Graduation
  • Minimum experience in years 2 to 6 (Preferable Banking Experience)
  • Exposure to Portfolio Management Segment
Certifications:
  • AMFI Certification
  • IRDA Certification
  • NCFM Certification (Optional)
